My goal as a therapist is to create a space where people feel genuinely accepted, heard, and supported.
Many individuals come to therapy feeling stuck — repeating relationship patterns, feeling disconnected from others, or questioning their sense of identity and belonging.
Together, we can explore these experiences and begin creating meaningful change.
I work with children, teens, adults, and couples, and I especially enjoy supporting individuals who feel different or are navigating questions about identity, roles, or long-standing life patterns.
With younger children, I use play-based approaches that allow them to express emotions in ways that feel natural and developmentally appropriate, while also supporting parents and caregivers.
Therapy can be a place to gain insight, build resilience, and move toward authentic and sustainable growth.

I’m passionate about helping people find balance between what they can control—and peace within what they can’t.
I work primarily with adults and couples navigating past experiences or major life transitions, using Rational Emotive Behavior Therapy (REBT) and Reality Therapy to guide growth and self-understanding.
I’m also excited to begin working with children (ages 7–12), helping them express emotions and build resilience through a safe, caring space.
Originally from New Jersey, I bring my Puerto Rican and Dominican roots, bilingual (Spanish-English) background, and a deep belief that counseling is a collaborative journey—where your story leads the way.
