Military Spouse Support Group for Separation

 Let's embark on a journey of Are you dealing with the challenges of separation? Our ongoing support group is here to help spouses cope with the emotional and practical aspects of this difficult time. We provide a safe, understanding environment where you can share experiences, gain insights, and receive mutual support. Join us to connect with others who understand and can help you navigate this journey. development and foster a supportive community for lifelong well-being.

Participants Will:

  • Gain emotional support from peers who understand their experiences.

  • Learn coping strategies for managing stress and anxiety related to separation.

  • Develop effective communication skills for dealing with their spouse and others.

  • Explore ways to rebuild self-esteem and self-worth.

  • Receive guidance on navigating legal and financial aspects of separation.

  • Share experiences and insights in a safe, confidential environment.

  • Build a network of supportive relationships to aid in their healing process.

Teen Group therapy

Anger Management Group for Teens

In this 6-week Anger Management Group teens will learn strategies & practice how to manage their anger while getting guidance from an experienced therapist and support of peers.

Participants will:

  • Learn ways to identify anger patterns

  • Recognize unhealthy behaviors

  • Learn healthy communication skills

  • Learn impulse control

  • Grades 6-12

Grief Group for Adults
 

Grief counseling is crucial, offering an 6-week Workshop to help people navigate the emotions of loss. It provides a safe space to express feelings, reducing isolation and loneliness. Counseling helps individuals understand their grief, learn coping strategies, and connect with others. This promotes healthy mourning and guides them towards acceptance, healing, and rebuilding their lives.

Objectives:

  • Gain Emotional Support: Create a safe, compassionate space where individuals can express their feelings without judgment.

  • Facilitate Healing: Help participants understand and navigate the grieving process, promoting emotional and psychological healing.

  • Promote Healthy Coping Strategies: Teach effective coping mechanisms and self-care practices to manage grief and related stress.

  • Foster a Sense of Community: Build a supportive community where members can connect with others who understand their experiences.

  • Enhance Communication Skills: Encourage open and honest communication about grief and loss, both within the group and in participants' personal lives.

  • Provide Education and Resources:Offer information about the grieving process and available resources, including literature, websites, and professional services.

  • SupportPersonalGrowth: Encourage participants to explore their emotions, build resilience, and find personal meaning and growth through their grief journey.

Participants learn to understand and control their anger in a supportive environment. It's a safe space for men to share and grow together.
