Mens Anger Management 
Group (*)

This 8-week program is for men seeking help with managing anger. Led by experienced facilitators, it teaches practical skills like communication and stress reduction. Participants learn to understand and control their anger in a supportive environment. It's a safe space for men to share and grow together.

Participants will:

  • Learn how to communicate effectively and manage stress through structured activities and techniques like active listening and mindfulness.

  • They'll explore the root causes of their anger in group discussions and role-playing exercises, while also developing assertiveness skills to express themselves confidently and respectfully.

  • In a supportive group setting, participants will share experiences and receive feedback, fostering understanding and camaraderie among peers.

  • Facilitators will provide personalized support and guidance, while the connections made with fellow participants can offer ongoing encouragement beyond the program's duration.

Expressive Art Therapy Group for Young Teens (*)  

This 9-week program is a safe and supportive space for kids to grow emotionally, build resilience, and enhance interpersonal skills. Through group therapy, they'll connect with peers, learn useful tools, and develop healthy ways to navigate life's challenges. Let's embark on a journey of personal development and foster a supportive community for lifelong well-being.

Participants will:

  • Emotional Awareness: Develop a deeper understanding of their emotions and learn to express them in a healthy way.

  • Resilience Building: Acquire tools and strategies to bounce back from challenges and setbacks.

  • Stress Management: Learn practical techniques to manage stress and anxiety in various aspects of life.

  • Coping Mechanisms: Explore and develop healthy coping mechanisms for dealing with life's ups and downs.

  • Peer Connection: Build meaningful connections with peers, fostering a sense of community and support.

Grief Group for Teens (*)  

The Purpose of this 4-week Grief Group for Teens is to provide a safe & supportive space for them to express, process, and navigate their grief. Through peer support,education, and personal growth activities, the group aims to facilitate healing, resilience, and a sense of connection during their grieving.

Participants will:

  • Gain insights into the various stages & aspects of the grieving process. 

  • Learn a range of coping strategies to manage their grief & associated emotions.

  • Learn the importance of seeking support from peers who have experienced loss.

  • Learn that grief is a normal and individual process, debunking stigmas and misconceptions.

  • Fun, safe, and supportive environment

In this 4-week Anger Management Group teens will learn strategies & practice how to manage their anger while getting guidance from an experienced therapist and support of peers.

Participants will:

  • Learn ways to identify anger patterns

  • Recognize unhealthy behaviors

  • Learn healthy communication skills

  • Learn impulse control

The purpose of this 4-week Grief Group for Adults is to create a nurturing environment where individuals can openly share & process their grief experiences. Through empathetic peer support, educational resources, and guided self-reflection, the group aims to promote healing, resilience, and a renewed sense of hope as participants navigate their grief journey together.

Participants will:

  • Gain emotional support & validation from peers who understand the complexities of grief.

  • Gain opportunities to express & process emotions in a safe & non-judgemental space.

  • Gain access to educational resources and information about the grieving process to enhance understanding and coping strategies.

  • Develop tools to navigate grief, fostering resilience & personal growth.

Prepare Enrich Couples Class 

Ignite the sparks and strengthen the bond in your relationship with our transformative 6-week Prepare Enrich Couples class. Explore new depths of communication, intimacy, and understanding, guided by expert facilitators, and embark on a journey towards a thriving and fulfilling partnership.

Participants will learn how to:

  • Improve communication: Enhance your ability to communicate openly and honestly, fostering deeper connection.

  • Foster trust and intimacy: Build a secure foundation and cultivate emotional closeness in your martial relationship.

A safe, non-judgemental space for  educators to share life experiences involving emotional health, wellness and concerns

Participants will learn how to handle their emotions and experiences encountered in life to include:
