Estrella Rogers is the Owner and Director of Without Limits Counseling Services PLLC, Private Practice located in Jacksonville North Carolina. 

Dr. Tomeka Benton

Tomeka Benton is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker Associate. She received her Bachelor of Social Work Degree from University of North Carolina at Pembroke in 2006.

Lakeesa Butler

LaKeesa S. Butler, LCWA has worked and volunteered in the social services sector for 13 years in areas of case management, substance abuse prevention, sexual cssaultadvocacy and is currently a provisionally Licensed Clinical Social Worker with the Department of Defense and Without Limits Counseling Services, PLLC.

Michael Friend 

I, Michael Friend served as active duty in the United States Marine Crops as a Staff Non-Commission Officer for many years. My specific focus is on the everyday lives of individuals who struggled with substance abuse, PTSD, and trauma.

Twila Johnson

Twila Johnson is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker Associate (LCSWA). In 2018, she obtained her master's in social work from the University of North Carolina at Wilmington. She has been fortunate to have worked with children, adolescents, adults, and families for the past 4 years. She believes in providing an accepting environment that will allow warmth, honesty, and compassion. She will collaborate with you to create a plan that will help you identify and reach your goals and provide a foundation for continued growth as you work toward creating the life that you would like to live. She will make every effort to validate your feelings and empower you to find your strengths.

Sara M. Gant

Sara M. Gant is an Expressive Arts facilitator and a Clinical Mental Health Counseling intern at the University of NC Pembroke. She has a BFA from Virginia Commonwealth University School of the Arts and a Master’s degree in Art Education from East Carolina University. She was an art educator for 30 years which she absolutely loved. Sara has earned a Level 2 Trauma-Informed Expressive Arts Therapy certification from the Trauma-Informed Expressive Arts Institute. She loves being able to use art to facilitate art and create deep, meaningful and reparative connections with people. Her work uses humanistic, person-centered and cognitive-behavior approaches. She looks forward to holding a warm, judgment-free safe and creative space for her clients. 

Kathryn Kelley

Kathryn is a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor Associate.  Her passion as a counselor is to equip you with tools and strategies to overcome challenges, heal from trauma, and build a life aligned with your goals. Reaching out for help can be difficult, but she is here to walk alongside you in a safe and supportive environment where you can explore your thoughts and feelings without judgment.  experience working with individuals who have experienced trauma, including emotional, physical, or sexual abuse, as well as those struggling with anxiety, mood disorders, and life transitions. Her approach to counseling emphasizes understanding the impact of trauma on your life while honoring your strengths and unique story.  Her goal is to create a space where you feel seen, heard, and empowered to take charge of your journey. Counseling is a collaborative process, and I’m committed to prioritizing your needs while offering guidance and support every step of the way.
