Rates and Insurance
We understand that finances can sometimes be stressful but are an important part of the therapy process. We will transparently work with you to ensure that you know what is required and what to expect so you aren't caught off guard.

Fully Licensed Services
Fully Licensed Therapist have completed all necesary requirements by the Individual Psychotherapy • Diagnostic Intake & Assessment Sessions: $175 (90 minutes) • Individual Psychotherapy Sessions: $100 (60 minutes) • Virtual tele-health sessions for clients in North Carolina • In person available for clients in North Carolina • If using insurance, you are responsible for deductible amounts, co- pays, or co-insurances as indicated by your insurer Couples Therapy • Intake & Assessment: $140 (90 minutes) • Ongoing Couples Therapy Sessions: $140 (60-90 minutes) • Virtual tele-health sessions for clients in North Carolina and Virginia. • In person available for clients in North Carolina
Associate Licensed Services
Associate therapists work under supervision of a licensed therapist. • Diagnostic Intake & Assessment Sessions: $175 (90 minutes) • Ongoing Couples Therapy Sessions: $110 (60 minutes) • Individual Psychotherapy Sessions: $85 (50 minutes) • Virtual tele-health sessions for clients in North Carolina • In person available for clients in North Carolina • If using insurance, you are responsible for deductible amounts, co-pays, or co-insurances as indicated by your insurer.
Intern Services
Graduate Intern and associate therapists work under supervision of a licensed therapist. $30 45 to 50-minute sessions • Sessions may be virtual or in-person. • Individual, couples and family therapy sessions offered

If you have insurance coverage we don't currently accept, we are happy to check benefit eligibility to determine if you have out of network benefits that may cover a portion of your session costs.
